3. Payment

Payments are due in full or according to the agreed schedule before service delivery.
We accept payments via the methods listed on our website (e.g., Stripe, Payoneer).

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us.
Any materials, templates, or tools created by Kindle Self Publishers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We make every effort to provide high-quality services, but we do not guarantee any specific results, including book sales, income, or awards.
Kindle Self Publishers is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability to you, for any reason, shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services if a client violates these Terms, provides fraudulent information, or fails to pay agreed fees.
Clients may terminate service requests before delivery, subject to our Refund Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. law and applicable regulations.
