1. One-Time Services

  • All services are delivered based on a fixed, agreed-upon scope.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed services or work already delivered.

  • Partial refunds may be considered if a service has not been started or if there are exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion.


2. Payment Disputes

  • Any payment issues or disputes must be reported within 7 days of the attempted transaction.

  • After this period, refunds or adjustments may not be granted.


3. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel a service request before work begins, you may request a cancellation and partial refund of amounts already paid, minus administrative fees.

  • Cancellations after work has started are non-refundable.


4. Quality Assurance

  • We ensure that all services meet professional standards.

  • If you believe the service does not meet the agreed-upon scope, you may contact us for clarification or correction before the refund deadline.


5. No Guarantees

  • We do not guarantee book sales, income, royalties, or publishing success.

  • Refunds will not be issued for results that are beyond our control, including market performance or publishing platform decisions.
